We began by reconditioning old scooters and experimenting with sidecars, never imagining how far they would travel. Today, our creations ride proudly across more than 20 countries, to USA, Canada, Italy, Singapore, United Kingdom, United Emirates, and more to mention.
And behind every shipment, there’s a moment: someone’s first ride, a long-awaited restoration, a story ready to begin.

Delivery rates apply only to orders fulfilled directly by Scooter99.
Orders from third-party sellers may have different delivery charges.

Rates apply to standard Air Mail/Parcel services and exclude heavy cargo (Air or Sea Freight).
FAST DISPATCH OPTION
Selecting “I want my items faster” shows the cost if items are dispatched separately.
Scooter99 aims to dispatch items together whenever possible to minimize your shipping costs.
CARRIERS & LARGE ITEMS
Deliveries may be handled by different carriers. Carrier selection is not available.
Large or oversized items may include a fixed delivery charge, shown on the product page.
VAT, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
VAT or sales tax applies according to the destination country’s tax laws.
Prices exclude import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
The order summary will display any applicable VAT before checkout.
SHIPMENT OF VEHICLES OR SIDECARS (AIR/SEA FREIGHT)
Shipped under Ex-Works (EXW) terms — risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping agent.
Approximate freight cost: USD $1,250 to the nearest port or warehouse (USA/Canada).
Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, documentation, and local handling fees.
Estimated transit time: 4–6 weeks.

DELIVERY & DOCUMENTATIONS
Items are handed to the shipping company once payment is confirmed.
After full payment, Scooter99 will send the original Bill of Lading, Invoice, Bill of Sale, and Packing List.

Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Revolut, and Wire Transfer.
All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.

How long does international shipping usually take?
Depends on destination and mode. LCL to North America/Europe: ~4–7 weeks port-to-port; Air: ~5–12 days. We’ll share an ETA once booked.
What documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, HS code, COO (if needed), and any special permits. We guide you or your broker at destination.
Is insurance included?
Insurance is available upon request and strongly recommended. We’ll quote options matched to your shipment value.
